Chelsea has been a licensed esthetician for over 20 years, bringing a wealth of expertise and dedication to the skincare industry. After graduating from esthetics school in St. George, Utah, Chelsea began her career at the renowned Snake River Lodge and Spa in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. She went on to work with esteemed Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Jack A. Friedland in Scottsdale, Arizona, and later honed her skills at All About You Medspa in Tempe, Arizona. After taking a few years to start her family, Chelsea returned to her passion for skin care and opened her own business in El Paso, Texas. In 2019, she became a Certified Acne Expert with Face Reality Skin Care and in 2024, a Face Reality Ambassador. Today, Chelsea continues to provide personalized, results-oriented care, striving to empower every client to feel confident and beautiful in their own skin.

Dr. Jeremy Williamson is a board-certified emergency medicine physician and Diplomate of the
American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM). A Texas native, he earned his Bachelor of
Science from Texas A&M University before attending William Carey University College of
Osteopathic Medicine in Mississippi, where he received his medical degree in 2017. He then
completed his emergency medicine residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center
in El Paso in 2020.
Throughout his career, Dr. Williamson has held several leadership roles, including medical
school class president, chief resident, and assistant medical director. Fluent in Spanish, he is
passionate about personalized medicine and helping patients achieve their individual health
goals.
At The Collective, Dr. Williamson combines his medical expertise with a passion for wellness
and aesthetics, providing safe, evidence-based treatments that help clients look, feel, and perform
their best with natural, confidence-building results.

Ashley has been a Registered Nurse since 2011, bringing years of clinical experience and compassionate care to every patient she serves.  She spent seven years working in labor and delivery where she developed a deep passion for supporting others during life’s most meaningful moments. After taking time to raise her four children, Ashley returned to the medical field with a renewed focus in wellness and aesthetics.  She became a certified nurse injector in 2025, combining her medical background with a passion for helping others look and feel their best.  

Today at The Collective, Ashley is dedicated to helping clients achieve their weight loss, wellness, and aesthetic goals through personalized care and treatments, including Botox.  She strives to deliver natural, confidence-boosting results so every client feels refreshed, empowered, and comfortable in their own skin. 

Leah is born and raised in El Paso and has been an esthetician for 7 years. Determined to understand and conquer her own skin issues, she enrolled at Tristate Cosmetology School. It was here that she discovered her love of skincare and the joy of connecting with people on a personal level. She is a certified acne expert and has received 3 certifications as a lash lift provider.  Throughout her seven years in the industry, Leah has worked at various salons, each one nurturing her passion for her work. However, it was in 2023 that she found her true professional home at The Collective Wellness + Aesthetics. She strives to create a safe, zen, comforting  space for each client. Her approach is not only about providing a service but also about ensuring that her clients feel valued and cared for. Her personal experiences and professional achievements make her a trusted and unique figure in the world of skincare.

Nathalie is a certified acne expert and the newest addition to the CWA team. Her journey with skincare began five years ago through her own experience using Face Reality, which sparked a passion that led her to complete her esthetics program and dive into the professional world of skincare. With hands-on knowledge and personal results using the very products she now recommends, Nathalie brings both empathy and expertise to every appointment. She offers a range of services including customized skincare treatments and waxing, and is dedicated to helping clients feel confident and supported in their skin. Her genuine excitement and drive make her a perfect fit for the CW family, and she can’t wait to welcome you into her treatment room.
